We use the information collected to provide the services and products ordered, to comply with the law and to improve our service, marketing and customer support.
When you create a profile, buy tickets, download an app or contact us by phone, we may specifically ask you for permission to use your information for special purposes.
We record and disclose the personal information needed to provide the service / product to you.
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, tel. and email address. We also record your IP address and geolocation.
For special types of events, such as trade fairs, conferences or sports events, you will be asked to enter additional information when registering for that event.
When you purchase a ticket or make registrations on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have the right to consent to registration on that person's behalf.
When you purchase a ticket, or sign up for an event, you consent that if you appear on any photos and video footage recorded in connection with the event that these must be used digitally and analogously by us and our Affiliates.
Affiliates. We sell tickets and receive registrations on behalf of third parties (Affiliates) who host or sponsor events, or run a venue where events are held. We disclose personal information to our Affiliates.
The information collected is used to deliver the services and products ordered, to comply with the law and to improve the Partner's service, marketing and customer support.
If you sign up for a fair / trade show or other event where you have to wear a name tag, an exhibitor at the fair may ask you to scan your name tag. By accepting this, you specifically authorize the exhibitor to access your entered information.
Other companies. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for personal data.
The personal information is registered with BilletExpressen ApS and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.

You have the right to be informed what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected.
